About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG). As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our 24-unit apartment community, Salt Creek Apartments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing and promoting the property to potential residents
  • Maintaining the property's integrity and ensuring it meets our high standards
  • Screening prospective residents and conducting thorough background checks
  • Collecting rents and managing financial transactions
  • Serving notices and preparing agreements
  • Developing and maintaining reports and records
  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents and responding to their concerns
  • Living on-site and being available for after-hours emergencies
  • Staying up-to-date with landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols
Requirements
  • Two (2) years of previous customer service experience
  • Two (2) years of previous property management experience
  • Previous experience with property management software, such as Entrata
  • Basic experience with MS365, including Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform bookkeeping tasks
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail
  • Available for after-hours emergencies
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • A current valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance
