As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local businesses, identifying their advertising needs, and developing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their advertising needs and preferences
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective advertising campaigns
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to stay ahead of the competition
- A competitive starting salary of $40,000 annually, plus monthly bonuses and uncapped commission
- A minimum $1,500 guaranteed monthly commission for the first twelve months
- A $295 monthly stipend for gas, mileage, and tolls
- Up to 80 hours of vacation and 80 hours of personal/sick time (prorated) in the first year
- 10 paid holidays per year, plus a paid day off for your birthday
- Medical, dental, vision, and employer-paid life insurance
- Supplemental insurance options including accident and critical illness insurance
