About the Role

VyStar Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Sales Compensation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales compensation plans that drive business outcomes and support the organization's sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales leadership, finance, and HR to design and implement sales compensation plans that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and administer incentive programs, including total compensation to sales leaders.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to deliver key insights on sales performance and compensation impacts.
  • Evaluate new positions or reclassification requests to determine appropriate salary, incentive plan, grade, FLSA status, and title.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to determine the effectiveness and appropriateness of compensation practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • 7-10 years' experience in sales compensation, including commissions or incentive calculation, incentive plan design, or modeling.
  • 5+ years' experience in leading sales incentive plan design projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including v-lookups and pivot tables.
  • Workday experience.
