As a key member of our Guest Services Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, processing group reservations, and managing the estate's Call Center operations.

Job Summary:

The Reservations and Call Center Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Booking and processing group and individual visits, VIP tours, virtual and distance learning offerings, public and private events, and programs
  • Providing personalized customer service to guests via various channels
  • Managing requests, sending correspondence, tracking and processing payments with accuracy and discretion
  • Maximizing guest experiences through accurate and engaging communications
  • Processing memberships and donations, assisting with member bookings, and resolving any issues
  • Supporting stakeholders across the institution by managing program registrations, facilitating bookings, and managing internal guide resources
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of estate logistics, programs, pricing, and content to create the best experience for each guest and group
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in processing group reservations or a call center environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant experience
  • Advanced proficiency in customer service and a professional demeanor
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work creatively and effectively as a member of a team with multiple responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ticketing or booking systems is preferred
