Position Overview
Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is seeking a dedicated full-time Patient Coordinator to support our dental offices.

This role is essential in ensuring a smooth operation within the clinic, allowing our team to focus on providing exceptional care to our patients. As a Patient Coordinator, you will be instrumental in fostering a welcoming environment and maintaining strong relationships with both patients and colleagues.

Core Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet patients with a professional demeanor.
  • Manage patient check-ins and ensure all necessary information is accurately entered into the patient management system.
  • Collect co-payments and process patient check-outs efficiently.
  • Maintain balanced registers and ensure daily financial accuracy.
  • Schedule appointments and confirm them proactively.
  • Handle patient inquiries and escalate issues to the Office Manager as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support office operations.
Key Competencies
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proficient computer skills; familiarity with Eaglesoft and/or Denticon is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Essential Requirements
  • Availability to start work promptly at opening hours.
  • Reliability and flexibility to meet business needs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a dental front desk role is preferred but not mandatory.
