Job Summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Agent 2 to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for performing continuous review and analysis of demand and supply, preparing and executing proprietary information agreements, and supporting sourcing strategies, negotiations, and documentation of contracts and agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform continuous review and analysis of demand and supply to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Prepare and execute proprietary information agreements to protect company interests.
  • Support sourcing strategies, negotiations, and documentation of contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.

Basic Qualifications

  • More than 1 year of experience in supplier management or supply chain management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • More than 1 year of experience drafting, negotiating, and executing complex contracts and subcontracts.
  • More than 1 year of experience with proposal development and contract negotiations.
  • More than 1 year of experience working across multiple programs and locations.
