The Global Supply Chain & Logistics team plays a vital role in ensuring a strong and efficient supply chain and logistics infrastructure that drives business growth and enables global connection. They provide business planning guidance and logistics strategy assistance to existing businesses, helping them optimize their operational efficiency.

We're looking for a Target Management lead to join the global logistics strategy team. They will be responsible for organizing target management through conducting analysis and driving key logistic target projects. Responsibilities:

  • Organize the target management of various logistics marketplaces in global e-commerce; analyze and understand the key logistics issues through target-setting; and track goal deliverables.
  • Conduct data analysis and on-site investigations on key logistics targets; produce strategic recommendations; and review the implementation and effectiveness of these projects
  • Issue an in-depth understanding of the local operations of global e-commerce logistics; build and optimize a horizontal target management system and monitor the system for each logistics market.
  • Collaborate across functions to support local logistics teams in organizing metrics of logistics experience, and unify the corresponding definitions and standards.

Qualifications



Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in supply chain and logistics, data, statistics, operations research, or related fields.
  • Experience in e-commerce supply chains, international warehousing, cross-border logistics, and overseas local logistics.
  • Strong cross-team and cross-regional coordination skills and excellent verbal communication abilities.

Capable of coordinating the needs of different departments and resolving conflicts.

  • Logical thinking and execution skills.

Ability to think independently and implement ideas. Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with large e-commerce platforms or international logistics companies is preferred.

Job Information



The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ $273600 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
