  • Lead, mentor, and oversee the shipping team, fostering a culture of teamwork and ongoing improvement.
  • Plan and arrange shipments, coordinating with carriers for timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Maintain precise shipping records, including tracking details, invoices, and documentation.
  • Execute regular inventory checks and collaborate with the procurement team to secure necessary shipping materials and supplies.
  • Develop, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to shipping efficiency and expenditure.
  • Address and resolve shipping dilemmas, instituting corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain an orderly, clean shipping area in accordance with OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.
