Key Responsibilities:

As the Shift Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring timely order fulfillment, maintaining high food quality, delivering exceptional customer service, and completing shift tasks efficiently. You will also play a vital role in training new employees and implementing new initiatives as directed by management. Attendance at staff meetings is expected.

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in the food service industry is required; supervisory experience is advantageous.
  • Internal candidates must have at least 3 months of experience with the organization.
  • Cross-training in various restaurant departments is preferred.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to bend, crouch, and lift weights between 20-50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment, including ovens and pizza cutters.
  • Applicants must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficiency in English is essential for this role.
  • Authorization to work in the United States and ability to provide identification documentation is required.

Shift Availability:

Our operational hours are Sunday-Thursday from 11am-11pm and Friday-Saturday from 11am-1:45am. Shifts typically start 1-2 hours before opening and conclude 1-2 hours after closing. Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts is preferred, especially for those seeking full-time hours.

We offer both part-time (15-30 hours per week) and full-time opportunities, with a commitment to providing consistent hours for full-time employees to ensure eligibility for health and dental benefits.
