Key Responsibilities

As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including:

  • Cost management
  • Inventory oversight
  • Cash handling
  • Customer relations

You will set the standard for your team, adhering to all policies and procedures consistently. Your responsibilities will also include scheduling, product ordering, team training, and recruitment. A profit-sharing bonus is available based on your ability to manage costs effectively.

Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • At least 18 years of age
