RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS

You will oversee all operations within your restaurant. This encompasses cost management, inventory oversight, cash handling, and customer service. You must lead by example and adhere to all policies and procedures consistently, expecting the same from your team. Your responsibilities will include creating schedules, ordering supplies, training staff, and recruitment. A profit-sharing bonus is available to General Managers based on effective cost management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Preferred 1 year of experience in restaurant management
