Key Responsibilities

As the General Manager, you will be accountable for all aspects of restaurant operations, including:

  • Cost management

You will set the standard for your team by adhering to all policies and procedures consistently. Responsibilities also include scheduling, product ordering, team member training, and recruitment. A profit-sharing bonus is available based on effective cost management.

Qualifications
