Key Responsibilities

As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including:

  • Cost management and inventory oversight
  • Cash handling and customer service excellence
  • Setting a positive example for your team
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Creating staff schedules and managing product orders
  • Training new team members and conducting hiring processes

General Managers are eligible for a profit-sharing bonus based on effective cost management.

Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • At least 18 years of age
