Job Title: Surgical Pain Product Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Surgical Pain Territory Manager at Avanos Medical. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and making a difference in the lives of patients by developing and executing strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives for our Surgical Pain products.

Job Description:

This role requires a deep understanding of surgical pain management and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry. You will work closely with surgeons, physicians, therapists, nurses, clinicians, department decision makers, and/or administrators within assigned accounts or markets to develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry
  • Presentation of products during surgical procedures to answer questions and demonstrate value
  • Closure of new sales opportunities and generation of new customer leads while protecting existing market share
  • Communication with current and potential customers in the field
  • Development and execution of strategies to achieve business objectives
Your Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with at least four years of demonstrated success in sales, including two years in medical sales calling on surgeons, hospitals, and ASCs. You should also have one year of experience in an operating room setting, understanding of the hospital/ASC buying process, knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies, and strong verbal and written communications skills.

Salary Range:

$160,000 - $210,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance. Benefits include a generous 401(k) employer match, benefits on day 1, uncapped sales commissions, and more.
