About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Retail & Business Banking team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to customers, addressing their needs and advising them on our products and services.
  • Process customer transactions, including account openings, loan applications, and cash handling.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Participate in store events and activities to engage with customers and promote our services.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing customer transactions.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
  • Minimum of a grade C or 4 in Maths and English GCSE.
