Job Title: HR Operations Specialist

ASCAP is seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Specialist to provide essential support to key functional processes and programs across all Human Resources operational areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HRIS support and maintenance, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement reporting and analytics to inform HR decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to design and implement efficient HR processes and systems.
  • Support recruitment and employee engagement efforts.
  • Manage HR systems, including Namely and Absorb.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of HR experience, with 1+ year in an HRIS role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or Organization Development.
  • Strong working knowledge of Namely and/or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Suite.
