Job Overview

Greenberg Fruit Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including grocery retailers and wholesalers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the grocery industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • College coursework related to business, marketing, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $45,000 - $55,000 base salary, with bonus and commission structure.
  • Car allowance and fuel card.
