Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Amcor Flexibles, LLC. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing business plans, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales materials to customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Science
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in business development and revenue growth
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
