ARES is seeking an Audio-Visual Support Specialist to assist the multimedia audio, visual, and information technology requirements for the United States Space Force. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with clients to ascertain multimedia needs, including essential devices and equipment, support for meetings, operational necessities, and facility considerations. Responsibilities will include the installation of new systems, operation, and user assistance.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in designing, installing, and/or managing multimedia and audio/visual systems.
  • Familiarity with relevant technologies and equipment.
  • Experience utilizing meeting scheduling tools.
  • Ability to facilitate hybrid meetings with both in-person and remote participants.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, communications, or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
This role requires on-site presence.
