Medical Receptionist Job Opportunity

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced medical receptionist to join our team in the West Palm Beach area. As a medical receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our medical office.

Responsibilities:
  • Greets and directs patients with a warm and welcoming smile
  • Answers phones, transfers calls, and takes messages in a professional and timely manner
  • Schedules appointments and maintains accurate records
  • Verifies insurance and maintains proper records and files
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles
  • Experience in a non-profit or community office highly preferred
  • High School Diploma
Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite software
Work Type:
  • Full Time, Contract to hire, M-F
  • $15 - $16/hr
