Human Trafficking Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Human Trafficking Liaison Specialist to join our team at Ascend Nonprofit Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and coordination of anti-human trafficking initiatives, ensuring the establishment and long-term health of agency services for those impacted by human trafficking.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the availability of robust services for survivors of human trafficking, working in conjunction with key community partners, agency leadership, and other agency staff.
- Client Care: Ensure coordinated client care with key community partners to maximize the quality of client service delivery, acting as a liaison to all Safe Alliance programs.
- Training and Development: Work in partnership with other agency programs to implement and maintain a training and development program that enhances the knowledge, skills, abilities, and ethical judgment of survivor service staff.
- Administration: Ensure successful implementation of agency-wide anti-human trafficking initiatives by acting as a liaison between agency staff, funders, and community partners.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with victims or experience in human services preferred.
- Spanish-speaking preferred.
