**Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide top-notch support to clients through various communication channels, including email, phone, and written correspondence.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client-related issues, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and implement effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert guidance to clients.
• Proactively communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
**Requirements:**
• 1-3 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a support or customer service capacity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
