Job Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking an administrative professional to provide day-to-day support to our team members.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and greeting visitors.
  • Additional duties include filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • You will also be responsible for completing operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
  • A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills is required to ensure effective communication with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
  • You will contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • This position requires working collaboratively with the team to achieve corporate goals while balancing workload to support various departments.
  • You may be required to perform minor accounting support, including timekeeping/expense report collection, and/or limited graphic design using Microsoft Office programs.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including multiple medical, dental, life, and vision insurance policies with $0 out-of-pocket costs, 401(k) with company match, and generous holiday, vacation, and sick leave pay.
