Requirements
  • Education: Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school, required.
  • Experience: Seven or more years of healthcare regulatory and transactional law experience, including complex healthcare transactions, required.
  • Licensure/Certification: Active license to practice law, in good standing with jurisdiction in which licensed, required.
  • Additional Skills (required):
    • Operational Excellence: Exceptionally strong attention to project deadlines and details; broad-based experience to ensure organizational growth and advancement.
    • Executive presence: Has the ability to navigate and communicate effectively at a high level with top executives of the organization to collaborate and share ideas on a variety of items.
    • Efficiency: Must be able to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines, with the ability to be flexible to meet clients' timelines, including non-traditional work hours.
