About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Associate to join our corporate group in Charlotte, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A and transactional work, with excellent academic credentials and a license to practice law in North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate significant M&A matters, working closely with clients' internal teams, financial advisers, and other professionals.
  • Provide critical leadership and support for complex transactions, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Draft and review sophisticated corporate documents, leveraging expertise in M&A and transactional law.
