Job Title: Salesforce Developer Lead

AGM Tech Solutions, a leading IT consulting firm, is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer Lead to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of Salesforce solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth through innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices in development, security, and code optimization.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and professional analysis and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a lead role, with a strong background in Salesforce development and administration.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce configuration, development, and data migration.
  • Experience in Sales, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementation.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, sharing/security model, and data modeling.
  • Experience with creating sandboxes, data migration, and exporting using tools like Data Loader.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and understanding of Scrum model.
