Job Title: Zoho Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Zoho Developer to join our team at The Kyle David Group, LLC d/b/a KDG. As a Zoho Developer, you will be responsible for creating web and tech solutions that deliver results for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement Zoho-based solutions under the supervision of our experienced staff.
  • Work closely with analysts and end users to ensure that applications are performing as expected.
  • Provide excellent customer service, both to our team and our clients through consistent communication.
  • Be proficient in Deluge, Creator, Analytics, and other Zoho-specific languages/packages.
  • Regularly modify hierarchical, relational, flat-file, and PaaS databases and applications (Access & Zoho).
  • Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement solutions under the supervision of our experienced staff.
  • Work closely with analysts and end users to ensure that applications are performing as expected.
  • Comfortable learning new applications quickly to a high level.
  • Produce efficient, clean, and well-commented code.
  • Work closely with other teams, developers, and Senior Management to build new features and applications.
  • Work with User Interface, Application, and Database-related issues.
  • Review, proofread, and format all correspondence to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR 2 years' work experience as a Software Developer with a background in cloud applications.
  • Experience working with CRMs (Salesforce/Zoho or other email sending platforms) in a business environment.
  • Experience configuring API software.
  • Experience working with existing databases in (Access/Zoho).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JAVA, Python, C++, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills required.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to use independent judgment and take personal initiative.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks/projects with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
  • Ability to maintain focus over an extended period.
