Workplace Operations Manager

Job Summary:

Solve IT Strategies, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workplace Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. This is a critical role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Oversight: Ensure the front desk is staffed and managed efficiently, providing a welcoming and professional experience for employees, visitors, and guests.
  • Property Management: Collaborate with the landlord or property manager to address building issues, understand lease requirements, and manage operating expenses.
  • Site Operations: Oversee the annual operating and maintenance program, site operating budget, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Security and Access Control: Coordinate employee badge printing and tracking, visitor management, and ensure the security of company assets.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee the procurement of office supplies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Desk Setup and Maintenance: Ensure all new hires have a fully set up and functional workspace, and maintain the overall appearance and organization of the office.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of professional work experience in an office or workplace role.
  • Front desk/reception oversight experience required.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to handle multiple and ever-changing priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience working with all levels of the organization, from management and employees to vendors/contractors.
  • Experience with G-Suite, Microsoft Office, expense reports, AP/AR, and/or other office administration software a plus.
