This is a unique opportunity to support Amazon's Operations and Worldwide Health & Safety team in developing industry-leading safety solutions for our employees and service providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop compliance policies and procedures for health and safety regulatory matters
  • Provide day-to-day compliance guidance to the health and safety, operations, and security teams
  • Resolve issues arising from regulatory and law enforcement interactions, including inspections and citations
Requirements
  • 5+ years of legal experience advising on regulatory compliance matters
  • Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
  • Experience in transactional and technology licensing or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work

Compensation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $229,000/year in our highest geographic market.
