Post-Acute Sales Representative

Medline Industries is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our Post-Acute Care Division. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers in the long-term care and homecare industries.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the post-acute care market.
- Sell clinical and operational solutions to healthcare providers, including owners, senior clinical officers, and purchasing managers.
- Develop a strong knowledge base of Medline's product catalog and value-added programs and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive business growth.
- Cold call and prospect to develop new business opportunities.
- Present new products and initiatives to customers, educating them on current industry trends and regulations.
- Prepare bids and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
- Take ownership and leadership of your territory, driving growth and expansion.
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience, or at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience with a background in cold calling and commissioned sales.
- Ability to sell effectively to different levels within a customer organization.
- Proven ability to identify, connect with, and close new business.
- Complex sales strategy and approach to sell solutions across multiple levels.
- Background in commissioned, tangible product sales.
- Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment.
- Ability to present multiple product lines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Stable work history.
- Computer proficiency, especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
