Job Summary

We are seeking an Acute Care Sales Representative to join our Therapeutic Nutrition division in Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN. The primary role of this position is to execute strategies to drive sales and expand product market share of Ensure, Glucerna, Juven, and specialty products brands. Responsible for targeted Hospital accounts, including select Outpatient clinics such as Oncology, Wound, and Bariatric accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Full ownership of acute care accounts, wound clinics, and podiatry offices
  • Executing strategic sales initiatives designed to exceed established sales goals
  • Working closely with District Manager and cross-functional / interdisciplinary teams to execute the strategic account plan
  • Prioritizing the utilization of resources to drive return on investment
  • Utilizing Abbott Nutrition promotional materials and clinical studies to effectively communicate the clinical and scientific benefits of Abbott Nutrition products to targeted healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Verification that you will satisfy all vendor credentialing requirements, which may include vaccination for COVID-19
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of sales or relevant clinical experience
  • Clinical/Healthcare experience (RN/RD)
  • Selling experience across a wide range of Health Care Practitioners in Hospital setting/environment
  • Strong Business acumen demonstrated through solid understanding of the healthcare landscape
  • Strategic Account Planning experience
