Acute Care Sales Representative, Therapeutic Nutrition Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Acute Care Sales Representative to join our Therapeutic Nutrition division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing strategies to drive sales and expand product market share of our leading brands, including Ensure, Glucerna, and Juven.
You will work closely with healthcare professionals, including nutrition services, nursing, quality, and materials management teams, to provide current and comprehensive clinical knowledge of our products and effectively communicate their clinical and economic benefits.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales goals and expand product market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and decision-makers
- Provide clinical and scientific support to customers, including product training and education
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, healthcare, or nutrition
- 2-3 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a therapeutic nutrition or medical device company
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
