Position SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and strategic Program Success Manager to cultivate and enhance relationships with our educational partners. This role is crucial in maximizing the participation of Jewish youth in transformative educational experiences.
Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Operations, the Program Success Manager will engage directly with a diverse portfolio of educational partners, assisting them in optimizing their programs to ensure impactful experiences for Jewish youth.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee relationships and strategic initiatives for a portfolio of educational partners, including application processes, onboarding, program success, and renewal.
- Act as the primary contact for educational partners, delivering exceptional support and collaborating with the broader team.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of each partner's unique offerings, educational goals, and operational structures.
- Identify growth opportunities and support partners in enhancing participation, staff training, and overall program effectiveness.
- Work collaboratively to create tailored plans that align with both partner needs and organizational objectives, establishing success metrics and tracking progress.
- Advise partners on best practices by leveraging educational strategies, market insights, and relevant data.
- Collaborate closely with various teams to drive program development and educational impact across our network.
- Facilitate communities of practice among educational partners to foster collaboration and shared learning.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to strengthen relationships and enhance program outcomes.
- At least 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
- Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently while adapting to changing circumstances.
- A strategic thinker with a collaborative spirit, able to lead initiatives while contributing to a growing team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insightful recommendations.
- Self-motivated professional with a positive attitude and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in engaging with professionals at all levels.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce is preferred.
