Position Overview

Role Summary: The Board of Jewish Education is seeking a dedicated and strategic Program Success Manager to enhance and implement transformative relationships that will advance the field of educational travel for Jewish teens.

Your Impact: This role is pivotal in supporting organizations that provide enriching Israel experiences for Jewish youth. By fostering connections and optimizing program delivery, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Jewish identity among teens.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee relationships and strategies for a designated group of program providers, ensuring effective onboarding, program success, and renewal processes.
  • Act as the primary liaison for program providers, delivering exceptional support and coordinating with the broader team.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of each provider's offerings, operational structures, and educational philosophies.
  • Identify and assess the goals and growth opportunities for program providers, focusing on participation rates, staff training, and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate to develop tailored plans that align provider needs with organizational objectives, establishing success metrics and monitoring progress.
  • Advise program providers on best practices using insights from educational strategies and market research.
  • Work closely with various teams to promote program growth and enhance educational outcomes across all affiliated programs.
  • Facilitate collaborative learning opportunities among program providers to share insights and strategies.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to foster impactful relationships.
Who You Are
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
  • Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to exercise independent judgment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • A strategic thinker with the capacity to lead initiatives while contributing effectively within a growing team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for storytelling and informed decision-making.
  • A self-motivated individual with integrity, a positive attitude, and strong relationship-building skills.
  • A collaborative team player who excels in cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at engaging with professionals at all levels.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for professional development opportunities.
