As a Program Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality and accessibility of Israel travel programs for Jewish teens. By collaborating with various trip providers, you will help create meaningful experiences that resonate with young participants and contribute to their long-term commitment to Jewish life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and nurture relationships with a designated group of trip providers, ensuring a seamless process from application to program renewal.
  • Act as the primary liaison for trip providers, delivering exceptional support and communication throughout their engagement with our organization.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of each trip provider's unique offerings, operational framework, and strategic goals.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in participation rates, program quality, and participant engagement.
  • Collaborate with trip providers to develop tailored strategies that align with both their objectives and the overarching goals of the Board of Jewish Education.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform best practices and enhance program effectiveness.
  • Work closely with internal teams to promote educational impact and drive growth across affiliated programs.
  • Facilitate communities of practice among trip providers to foster collaboration and shared learning.
  • Develop and implement high-quality communication strategies to strengthen relationships and maximize program impact.

Who You Are:

  • At least 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
  • Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • A strategic thinker who can lead initiatives while being an active team member.
  • Proficient in using data to drive decision-making and provide actionable recommendations.
  • A self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a passion for building relationships.
  • A collaborative team player who can navigate cross-functional dynamics and manage diverse relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for professional development opportunities.
