About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Sales Manager to join our team at Allen Lund Company, LLC. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact new customers and utilize your expertise to secure sales.
  • Develop and implement effective prospect identification, qualification, and management systems.
  • Sell and close new shippers, building a strong book of business.
  • Collaborate with transportation brokers to maximize load volume from new customers through regular sales meetings and strategy sessions.
  • Adhere to company standards and principles, prioritizing customer satisfaction, company growth, and office excellence.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of non-asset based 3PL sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in dry van, reefer, flatbed, and/or LTL freight.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong team player attitude.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in computer and technology applications.
  • Ability to travel as needed for sales.
