Job Overview

Compensation: $15.00-$16.50/hour

The Retail Customer Service Representative is dedicated to ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers by efficiently handling transactions at the checkout.

This position may also involve completing additional responsibilities as designated by management.

Primary Responsibilities

Ensures customers enjoy a positive shopping atmosphere.

Accurately performs cashier functions while adhering to company policies for all transactions.

Maintains 5S principles (Sort, Straighten, Systematic cleanup, Standardize, and Sustain) in all areas except receiving.

Conducts store maintenance and cleanliness tasks as assigned, both inside and outside the store.

Operates all equipment safely according to established procedures.

Promotes a secure working and shopping environment while reducing shrinkage and damage.

Implements company policies, directives, and procedures promptly and thoroughly.

Required Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and team lift up to 100 lbs.

Contributes to a customer-centric environment while providing exceptional service.

Communicates effectively with customers, team members, and management.

Demonstrates reliability and trustworthiness.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively to complete assigned tasks.

Maintains a positive demeanor; works with urgency; ensures timely and thorough task execution.

Adaptable and capable of managing multiple tasks as business priorities shift.
