    • Oversee collection of rent and ensure late fees are collected
  • Marketing and Leasing

  • Financial Management
    • Manage operational finances, controlling spending to budget
    • Meet targeted revenues by setting rent rates and ensuring timely collection and posting of rent and fees

  • Property Inspections and Reporting
    • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure all physical aspects meet established standards
    • Prepare and review monthly financial status reports
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent combination of education required
    • Prior management experience
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and property management software
    • Positive attitude and focus on customer service
    • Sales, leasing, and marketing ability
    • Strong time management, organization, problem-solving, and judgment skills
    • Keen attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
