Role Overview: As the Business Operations and Account Management Lead, you will play a crucial role in our Service Delivery Experience Team, acting as a vital connection between Amazon and our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and mentor a team of Operations associates to implement customer launch initiatives and develop scalable operational frameworks for new business services.
  • Establish best practices through the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and enhancements to playbooks, aimed at improving customer satisfaction and accelerating service adoption.
  • Proactively identify and analyze issues that may hinder the team's performance and growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with Business and Product teams to address challenges, monitor progress on program enhancements, and develop effective communication materials.
  • Contribute to regular reporting and narrative updates, including identifying key metrics, action items, and effectively presenting findings to senior leadership.
  • Make informed prioritization and trade-off decisions that balance customer experience, business objectives, and resource limitations.
  • Facilitate the widespread implementation of programs and the adoption of performance monitoring systems with service providers.
  • Operate independently, managing multiple programs from inception to completion, including business goals and product launches.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within designated regions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in data analysis and best practices to evaluate performance drivers.
  • Minimum of 4 years in account or relationship management, logistics for small businesses, or retail/vendor/supplier management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in client or vendor-facing roles with a focus on relationship management and negotiation skills.
