Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence, including service, installation, and support teams.
- Forecast and manage revenue, gross profit, and operational costs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the development and implementation of operational standards, including cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
- Manage manpower planning, resource allocation, and inventory management to ensure adequate planning and resources are in place for all business and production objectives.
- Implement strategic and tactical changes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on operational activities, costs, and forecast data to inform business decisions.
- Education and/or experience equivalent to a college degree and/or 10+ years of experience in distributed field service, construction, or manufacturing with 5+ years related supervisory experience and/or training.
- Knowledge of field service principles and practices, including service price/hour estimation, labor forecasting, technician dispatching, etc.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read, write, and communicate professionally and effectively across diverse cultures.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting, with a strong sense of urgency and initiative.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed business decisions.
