Technical Support Specialist

Job Overview:
As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals for a crucial position within our Information Technology division.
The Clinical Application Support role is integral to collaborating with various departments to pinpoint technical and user-related challenges associated with our internal software systems.
This position will be responsible for assisting in troubleshooting, resolving issues, and providing training to end users.Additionally, you will work in partnership with our software engineering teams to deliver outstanding support to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver prompt and precise software assistance for our internal applications as well as other supported commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications;
Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to Medpace software solutions;
Address support requests via tickets, phone calls, emails, and other communication channels;
Collaborate with our software development teams while offering support to our internal and external users;
Conduct system training and demonstrations for Medpace users; and
Execute additional support-related tasks to fulfill company objectives.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of relevant industry experience;
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and strong communication abilities;
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems;
Capability to thrive in a team-oriented environment; and
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access) and experience with other database systems is preferred.
