Job Overview:


As a result of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals for a crucial position within our Technical Support division.

Our Technical Support team delivers both remote and onsite assistance to our international organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage user accounts for network access, email, and various applications.

Assist end users with company-issued devices and software applications, including computer hardware, peripherals, mobile devices, operating systems, and office software.

Investigate and resolve technical issues related to equipment and software applications.

Respond to service requests via tickets, phone calls, emails, and other technical support inquiries.

Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure prompt resolutions.

Evaluate and test new technologies and applications.

Required Qualifications:
Associate degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related IT field.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support role.

Familiarity with PC hardware, Active Directory, Office 365, Adobe products, and other cloud-based applications is advantageous.
