Job Summary

We are seeking a Full-Time Counter Sales Person to join our team at our Harrisonburg, VA location. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in many facets of store operations and committed to ensuring the highest levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and be able to answer customer questions and make recommendations.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of auto parts and automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
  • ASE Certification preferred but not required.
