  • Ensure the MVP savings center KIOSK is operational and well-stocked.
  • Assist with sales associate duties as needed to maintain service levels.
  • Lead customer service initiatives to uphold our service standards.
  • Remain vigilant and proactive in addressing customer needs.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by being courteous and supportive to fellow associates.
  • Adhere to the company dress code and maintain a neat appearance.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures diligently.
  • Identify and rectify any unsafe conditions to ensure a safe environment for customers and associates.
  • Notify the quality assurance team of any maintenance or cleaning needs.
  • Complete all required training programs successfully.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ability to fulfill the technical requirements of cashier and service center roles.
  • Must meet age requirements for specific job functions.
  • Physical capability to meet the demands of the position, with or without accommodations.

Physical Requirements:
  • Proficient in using computers and communication systems necessary for job functions.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and arms.
  • Capable of lifting products weighing up to 15 lbs. continuously, 25 lbs. frequently, and 50 lbs. occasionally.
  • Ability to push or pull up to 75 lbs. on occasion.
  • Stand for extended periods, with frequent short walks.
  • Handle various substances related to cleaning and product handling.
  • Frequently handle currency and operate equipment such as cash registers and scanners.
  • Reach and grasp items at various levels.
  • Meet established performance standards for the role.
  • Tolerate working in varying temperature conditions.
  • Possess sufficient visual acuity to check identification and other documents.
