Client Support Specialist

Role Summary
The Client Support Specialist is responsible for delivering prompt, courteous, and efficient service at the front counter and through inside sales at our branch. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team member who is energetic, proactive, enjoys engaging with clients, and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Duties:
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Reach out to clients to inform them about upcoming events, new offerings, and other business-related updates.
- Accurately process and input orders and pricing inquiries into the FACTS system.
- Efficiently pull orders with precision.
- Assist delivery personnel and manage truck checkouts.
- Maintain accurate records of special and back orders.
- Complete credit forms with accuracy.
- Generate customer reports as needed.
- Handle product returns effectively.
- Communicate product, supply, and other requirements to relevant managers.
- Ensure adequate stock of office supplies to facilitate uninterrupted daily operations.
- Identify parts and products without written descriptions or part numbers.
- Organize and maintain accurate departmental records.
- Keep the workspace clean and orderly at all times.
- Pursue continuous personal and professional development through ongoing industry training and education.

- Capable of navigating stairs and ladders to retrieve or place products.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with FACTS is advantageous.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Prior customer service experience is essential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the evolving needs of the branch.
- Experience in the pool industry is a plus.
