To ensure that guests and visitors feel welcomed and appreciated during their time at our facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area with all necessary supplies (e.g., pens, forms, paper)
- Welcome and greet guests as they arrive
- Respond to inquiries and manage any complaints
- Handle all incoming calls, redirecting them or taking messages as needed
- Receive and distribute letters and packages
- Prepare outgoing correspondence and packages
- Sort and forward emails
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders when required
- Keep accurate records and files
- Track office expenses and budget
- Perform additional tasks as assigned (e.g., travel arrangements, scheduling)
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a front desk or customer service role
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers)
- Understanding of office management and basic financial record-keeping
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Strong command of MS Office applications (especially Excel and Word)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Customer service orientation
- High School diploma; additional certifications are a plus
