Galloway & Company, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Survey Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our survey department, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of survey projects. Your expertise in land surveying, principles, and practices will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our work.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with clients to understand their survey needs and develop project plans to meet their requirements
* Lead a team of surveyors and technicians to conduct field surveys, collect and process data, and prepare survey documents
* Oversee the preparation and delivery of survey reports, maps, and other deliverables
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and quality

**Requirements:**

* Minimum of 10+ years of experience in surveying, with a strong background in land surveying, principles, and practices
* Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification
* Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop creative solutions
