Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking a highly skilled Construction Estimator to join their team. As a key member of the preconstruction team, you will be responsible for supporting the estimation process for various construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Estimation and Quantity Surveying: Prepare accurate and detailed quantity surveys, identify and research relevant information, and develop complete project cost estimate packages.
- Preconstruction Meetings: Attend meetings to learn project information and gain exposure to external customer interactions.
- Subcontractor Management: Develop awareness of the local subcontractor community, understand and differentiate capabilities of subcontractors, and discuss project scope clearly and effectively during the subcontractor solicitation process.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
