Hospital Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Alta Hospitals. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of pharmacy operations, ensuring the highest quality of services and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the pharmacy team, ensuring effective management of pharmacy operations and staff.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Clinical Services: Oversee the provision of clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management and patient education.
- Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and budgeting.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including DEA, FDA, and CDPH regulations.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy recognized by the California State Board of Pharmacy.
- Experience: Three (3) years in hospital practice emphasizing clinical pharmacy, pharmacokinetics, and drug information services, with at least two (2) years previous supervisory experience.
- Licensure: Licensed by the CA State Board of Pharmacy.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, and ability to maintain flexibility and composure in a constantly changing environment.
