Job Title: Regional President

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional President to lead our sales team in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a keen understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and execute the annual business plan and financial plan to achieve regional revenue units, profit, and sales force growth goals.
  • Staff, coach, develop, and manage a highly qualified team of Branch Sales Managers.
  • Direct and manage the targeted activities and results of key regional resources to support sales production and sales force growth goals for specific sales offices and the region.
  • Ensure the consistent use of the Selling System and Sales Tools by Sales Associates across the region to prospect and close buyers, sellers, and renters.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Branch Sales Managers to monitor performance and improve sales and recruiting behaviors.
  • Host a monthly Managers meeting to discuss regional performance and goals.
  • Manage day-to-day regional operations and metrics, including open houses, listing presentations, buyer consultations, farming activities, core calls, recruiting appointments, and experienced and new hires.
  • Collaborate with company Subject Matter Experts in recruiting, marketing, university, and technology to generate targeted ROI.
  • Foster a strong sense of community across the region to result in strong sales associate and colleague brand adoption and advocacy.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Real estate license in NJ preferred.
  • Real Estate broker-salesperson or broker's license preferred.
  • Current, valid driver's license in employee's state of residence.
  • Minimum five (5) or more years of active full-time residential real estate sales experience required.
  • Prior business and sales management experience required.
  • Recruiting experience of new and experienced agents strongly preferred.
  • Involvement with the local, state, or National Association of REALTORS preferred.
